The Details

WHAT IS LIFESTYLE LIFE COACHING?


You (like everyone else) have certain things you struggle with every day. You might struggle with following through with tasks, managing clutter, figuring out how to stick with your goals or intentions, and maybe even getting meals on the table or dealing with a difficult relationship that drains you. You might struggle with follow thru - this is a big one because follow thru starts from the moment you plan to get up in the morning - will you get up at that time or not? Follow thru is part of the foods you choose to eat, the time you leave your home to go somewhere, and whether or not you do anything you’re “supposed” to do every day.

And while these are lifestyle realities that ARE a struggle every day that we can absolutely work on, I also step in as a coach to help you work on becoming a stronger, more intentional, and confident woman through the typical life coaching work - which by default makes those lifestyle situations easier to manage. We work directly on those lifestyle situations at times as well, but what I do is a holistic approach to making your daily life easier combined with helping you find things like joy, peace, and contentment while also gaining those more practical things you might be looking for like organized, more in control of your time or your home, and able to follow your morning routine (just as an example).​

My 1:1 coaching clients have these types of desires:

Want to go all in on creating changes, accomplishing goals, getting through the day

These aren’t the only things you might be looking for, these are just some of the commonalities my clients share when they first reach out for help.

HOW DOES 1:1 COACHING WITH JENNIFER WORK?


There are 2 different ways we work together each week - and you decide which way you need me to help you each week.

Option 1- GO DEEP WEEK: We go deep on a particular issue, struggle, obstacle, situation - and this is the only thing we focus on for that week. You give me the details about it, I help you come up with the best plan of attack, and then I help you follow that plan of attack throughout the week.

Option 2: POPCORN WEEK: This is when you don’t feel like you have one specific issue that is occupying your thoughts, your time, your life…but you just want in the moment help with “who knows what” as the situations arise. This option is for when you feel like “I just need help, and I don’t even know what that means.” We figure out what that means as the week goes by.

WHAT IS THE COST?


A 6 or a 3 month commitment is required (you choose which is best for you). The cost for 1:1 coaching is $497 per month. Once the contract is signed payment is due. Here is how the payment structure works:

6 MONTH COMMITMENT

Option 1: Pay $2982 all up front
Option 2: Pay $1,500 up front - then 3 monthly payments of $597 beginning in 30 days.

3 MONTH COMMITMENT

Absolutely - we both want to make sure this is right for you - that's why the application process has a variety of steps we will work through. That way we are both confident in what's possible for you with me as your 1:1 coach.

Here’s how it typically goes when I take on a new client.

You fill out this intake survey HERE. This is the first layer of “what are you looking for & am I the right person to help you.”

If it looks like we’d have the correct problem/solution match, we hop on a call to explore more. This is when you give and get more details, I give you more details…make sure I’m a good fit for what you’re looking to solve, how you’re looking to improve yourself or your life, and creating the life you want to create.

Contract is sent, signed, and payment is made. This details how things work, the details of what your 1:1 coaching includes, the tools we use to communicate - it’s daily if you wish - the nitty gritty. You would make your first (or only payment if paying all up front to save more) & from there you jump into the onboarding training.
